Fees for Spring & Summer 2025
Our philosophy of providing a holistic education of the highest quality is greatly enhanced by our boarding infrastructure, which benefits every pupil. All our facilities are on site and with the longer school day and extensive co-curricular programme, run by our wonderful teaching staff, our pupils benefit from the myriad opportunities available, and the supportive community which is the hallmark of Reed’s.

Fees shown are inclusive of VAT. A compulsory lunch charge (which is exempt from VAT) of £380 per term will be added to your fee bill. Additional extras will be charged in accordance with VAT regulations.
Examination charges for GCSE and A level are not included in the fees above.

FEE PAYMENT PORTAL (ESENDA)
To add an additional level of security to parents'/guardians' fee payments, our preferred method of payment is now via the secure payment portal provided by Esenda. Esenda is committed to the highest security standards in every transaction, ensuring the safeguarding of your financial data and providing a secure payment environment for your peace of mind. Security details can be found here.
This secure payment link can be found at the bottom of any Fee Bill and can also be accessed using the link below. Parents/Guardians will be able to make a secure, instant payment either through Open Banking (directly linked to your own banking app) or by Bank Transfer.

To assist, here is a quick guide to making payments with Esenda:
1. Click on the payment link above or on your fee bill to go to the landing page and select the relevant school (Reed's or Ripley Court)
2. Enter your preferred email address and check your email for a code to verify your email address.
3. Enter the information as detailed on your fee bill:
• Pupil’s Name and Surname
• Pupil Reference Number
• Bill number
• Payment Amount.
4. Choose your payment method – Open Banking or Bank Transfer and follow the instructions.
Payment Method Information:
• Open banking allows you to select your own bank and is easier to use on a mobile device which has your banking app. When the payment is successful you will see an onscreen confirmation.
• Bank Transfer enables you to make a bank transfer as you are accustomed to doing, but through the School’s Esenda Clearing account. For Bank Transfers, please note the following account details: Beneficiary name - “The London Orphan Asylum (Reed’s School)”, Account name - "Currency Cloud Ltd"
• You will be given the sort code and account number to either print or copy and paste into your internet banking application and you will then be required to select one of the two options: “Payment made” or 'I’ll pay Later”.
• You can print a receipt after making your payment, but you will receive an email receipt from Esenda within approximately 2 hrs.

HEALTHCARE SCHEME
The School administers a medical scheme which allows pupils to be enrolled at a greatly reduced charge. If you wish your child to be included in the scheme please complete the online application form using the link below before the start of term.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The School participates in a scheme enabling pupils to be insured against injuries happening at any time during the year. The cost of this cover is included within the termly fees.
PAYMENT OF FEES VIA INSTALMENT
As an alternative to paying termly, there is also the option to pay your school fees and extras via monthly repayments through School Fee Plan*.

School Fee Plan has over 20 years’ experience in providing this service to parents and we are confident that you will receive exceptional service from their dedicated team.
The application deadline for the coming term is two weeks before the first day of term.
