Governors & Senior Leadership Team

Keri serves on the governing bodies of Reed’s School and Ripley Court School. Before retiring in June 2026, she had a career spanning 36 years in the banking sector.  An ACMA (1991) with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance (1988), she worked for the Midland Bank as a Management Accountant before joining UBS in 1994.

She held several senior finance roles in UBS, including CFO for Group Offshoring before transitioning into Risk. She subsequently served as Global Head of Risk Operations for Third Party Risk Management, before taking on responsibility as Senior Lead Cyber and Information Security Third Party Risk within the Chief Information Security Office.
