Outstanding A Level results
BackMany congratulations to our students on achieving an outstanding set of A Level results this year. They’ve had to endure unimaginable impact on their lives during the last 18 months but have remained hard working and resilient. These excellent results are testament to the fact that our community has continued to learn during this period and both students and staff have worked incredibly hard to make this achievement possible. Robust procedures in place at Reed’s to assess grades means that students can be rightly proud of their results. The vast majority are going on to their first choice of university, many at prestigious Russell Group establishments, to read subjects that are as varied and diverse as the wide range of talents that are typical of a Reed’s student.
Headmaster, Mark Hoskins, commented “Every one of our students deserve enormous credit for the way in which they have acquitted themselves, in such exceptional circumstances, during the course of the last two years of study. They have shown resilience, compassion and independence throughout the significant challenges they have faced during the pandemic and I am thrilled at this cohort’s successful progression to the next, exciting, stage of their lives. I wish them all the very best of luck and look forward to hearing about their future achievements! I know that our pupils and parents would, in turn, want me to highlight their wonderful teachers, who have supported, encouraged, inspired and motivated them throughout their Reed’s careers. My thanks to all the staff at Reed’s and my final note of thanks goes to our students’ families - their support for everything we do at Reed’s, throughout the course of their children’s time here, is deeply appreciated.”
